Mapelton Crescent

Mapleton Crescent is a slender 27 storey residential development constructed with up to 24 storeys of the Vision Modular System wall supported modular system & clad in striking green glazed terracotta tiles. The system is highly flexible in terms of layout and is economic from low rise into the mid to high 20 storeys. The steel load-bearing structure of the modules supports concrete floors, lightweight ceilings and walls resulting in completed buildings that are lighter than the equivalent traditional schemes. The system flexibility allows for changing layouts of the modules up through the building with wall openings changing size and position and also the number of modules required to encompass an apartment. Cantilevered balconies are introduced to the upper level apartments.
